How to add your company name to a purchase receipt?

When making an eSIM purchase on our eSimmer site, enter your company name into the required field, and these details will appear within your purchase receipt, along with your order number, name, address details and purchase amount.

Does eSimmer have a brick-and-mortar store?

No, eSimmer does not have any physical outlets. You can buy your travel eSIM directly from our official website.

How do I top up my travel eSIM?

At the moment, we do not offer any top-up packages for our eSimmer eSIMs. However, you can ensure continuous connectivity, by simply buying and installing another eSIM onto your device.

How can I redeem a discount code?

You can redeem a discount code on our eSimmer website.  On the checkout page, enter your discount code and click apply.

How can I resolve the “Enter a valid discount code” error?

If you tried entering an eSimmer discount code and received an error message that reads “Enter a valid discount code”,' it's possible that you made a typo while typing the code.

In the case you double-checked the discount code and still received an error message, please don’t hesitate to email - support@esimmer.com. We’re here to help!

What are the conditions for getting a refund?

At eSimmer we know that sometimes things change after you have made a purchase. You can ask for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You no longer require our eSIM and have not attempted to install or activate.
  • You encounter an install or connection issue while abroad and we’re unable to resolve it.

If your problem is install or connection related, please contact us while you are abroad, so we can resolve it with immediate troubleshooting. Do this when you have WiFi by emailing - support@esimmer.com. If we can’t fix your problem, and provided all our purchasing guidelines have been adhered to, we will issue a full refund.

How can I cancel myorder?

If you need to cancel your order and request a refund, please email our eSimmer Support Team at support@esimmer.com. Make sure to provide your order number, the product name, and the date of purchase. Please be aware that refunds for digital products like eSIMs can only be granted if no installation or activation attempts have been made.
